We are happy to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have any pain or it is an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day. We always try our best to stay on schedule and minimize our patients wait time. There are multiple reasons that a person may need a root canal and every situation is diffenet, because of this reason at the time of your first visit it will be determined the probable number of visits necessary, the length of each appointment required and the fee associated with said treatment.
As a courtesy we submit any claims on your behalf to your dental insurance provider, but filing an insurance claim does not relieve you of the financial obligation. We are not responsible for any coverage denials by the dental plans. We require all estimated amounts and deductibles to be made at the time of service for all patients either with or with out insurance. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and Care credit.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient who may be in
pain. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
